Northcoast Engine Power LLC (NCEP) warrants, to the original purchaser, that it will repair or replace defective or
malfunctioning parts that NCEP repaired or rebuilt. All components machined by NCEP, or any of its suppliers,
are warranted for size only at the time the machine work was performed. Flaws in materials not detected by
NCEP will not be warranted. The warranty shall be in effect for a period of 1200 service hours or 12 months from
the close date of the original work order. The warranty will expire after 1200 service hours or 12 months,
whichever occurs first. Components or engines that were rebuilt or repaired by NCEP and not put into immediate
service will carry a 6 month, 600 service hour warranty. Under the preceding circumstance, the warranty will take
effect when the component or engine is documented to be in service for the first time. It is the customers
responsibility to supply proper documentation to NCEP.
on the products distributed by NCEP are those made by the product manufacturer. NCEP hereby expressly
disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, on the products NCEP distributes. NCEP neither assumes,
nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

repaired by another party shall not be warranted by NCEP. NCEP shall not be responsible for the replacement of
service supplies such as, but not limited to: oil, fuel, coolant, filters, belts, and hoses. Loss of time, loss of use,
inconvenience, and other consequential damages are not covered by the warranty. Progressive damage caused
by an operators failure to remove defective equipment from service will be considered negligence, and as such
will not be warranted. NCEP cannot be held responsible for loss of life or injury resulting from equipment failure.
